Melissa Wood-Tepperberg is a mom, certified healthand wellness coach, yoga and pilates teacher, meditator, and thriving on a plant based diet.
Melissa is the founder of the MWH method which promotes slow controlled movements in exercise and deepens the body-mind connection to sculpt long, lean lines throughout your entire body.
