Store credit or exchange will be given for items returned within 10 days of purchase date.
Items must be in their original unworn and unwashed condition with the original tags attached. DRESSES, handbags, all jewelry, sunglasses, accessories and Sale Items are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return. No exceptions.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. Quinn is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier.
